It is at the edge of town. It is dog friendly. Being at the edge of town I could bicycle into the countryside. I could have brought my parents dogs with me had I know. Both the manager and his wife are friendly.

It is near train tracks. So there are occasional train sounds at night. This does not bother me since I used to live near railroad center in the past. Other than the occasional train it is very quiet.

    Affordable lodging.

If you enjoy waking to the sound of passing trains, you'll love your stay here. You can experience the sound of a train engine passing through the room every couple of hours during the night. Booked reservation online but the hotel clerk wasn't aware of it. I don't think they have a computer in the building.

Inexpensive and on the route through town.

It was right across the road from the railroad tracks, and trains came through with whistles blowing about every two hours all night long.

The hotel was quite a surprise in the cleanliness versus appearance.

The train but that is out of their control.

A bit shabby, but fairly clean. Very nice gentleman at the front desk who came immediately to fix the heat when we had a problem with it. Bed was quite comfortable.

We were awakened by train whistles a couple of time during the night. Needed some updating and a really thorough cleaning.

It was clnand comfortable. We were on trip and needed a place to sleep for one night. The motel met ou needs very nicely at modest rate.

Sink broke while being used. The management was very nice about thie incident and indicated that they would not pursue any action against for the damages.
